Posisi ini berlokasi di Bintaro dan bertanggung jawab memimpin operasional keuangan dan akuntansi di dealership. Peran ini krusial dalam memastikan akurasi laporan keuangan, kepatuhan regulasi, pengendalian anggaran, dan profitabilitas bisnis. Anda akan mengawasi transaksi keuangan harian, menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan, mengelola pajak, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis berdasarkan analisis data keuangan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the dealership, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations; Monitor and control daily financial transactions, including cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and fund management; Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making; Monitor dealership financial performance, including sales revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and budget realization, and provide recommendations for improvement; Ensure proper management and reconciliation of dealership-related transactions, including vehicle sales, aftersales services, spare parts, inventory, and customer payments; Supervise tax compliance and ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and payments in accordance with applicable regulations; Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, minimize financial risks, and prevent irregularities; Coordinate with internal departments, dealership branches, and head office to ensure smooth financial operations and alignment with corporate policies; Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure operational effectiveness, accuracy, and productivity; Support internal and external audits and ensure that audit findings are followed up appropriately.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position; Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in dealership operations, is highly preferred; Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal control procedures; Familiarity with dealership business processes, including vehicle sales, aftersales services, spare parts, inventory management, and related financial transactions, is an advantage; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, as well as accounting software or ERP systems; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business recommendations; Demonstrated leadership, team management, communication, and coordination skills; High level of integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under pressure; Willing to be placed in Bintaro.
