Role Objective: This role is the financial engine of the company. We are seeking a dual-threat leader who respects the rigor of historical accounting and tax compliance, while simultaneously acting as a forward-looking strategic partner. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Finance & Cost Optimization (The Engine)
Interrogate Manufacturing Costs: Drive deep-dive analyses into COGS, inventory valuation, and production variances. Identify Financial Leaks: Actively analyze Direct Labor (DL), Indirect Labor (IDL), and Selling, General, and Administrative (SGA) expenses to uncover inefficiencies and recommend actionable cost-down strategies to the GM. Forward-Looking Projections: Transform historical data into predictive cash flow forecasts, working capital optimization plans, and ROI analyses for capital expenditures.
Drive Operational Efficiency: Act as a strategic business partner to operational departments, translating complex financial data into business insights that improve the company's bottom line. 2. Accounting & Tax Compliance (The Foundation) Uphold Financial Integrity: Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, fixed assets) ensuring absolute accuracy and alignment with historical best practices and PSAK standards.
Lead Tax Strategy & Compliance: Manage end-to-end tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25/29, 4(2), VAT), ensuring timely reporting (SPT Masa/Tahunan) and strict compliance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations. Safeguard the Business: Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors and the DJP for audits, objections, restitution processes, and manage transfer pricing documentation to mitigate corporate risk. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with zero tolerance for material errors.
3. Capability Building & Leadership (The Multiplier) Aggressive Upskilling: Design and execute continuous training initiatives to elevate a team of 2–5 staff, transforming them from transactional processors into capable analytical thinkers. Build the Bench: Shift the team culture from dependency on the supervisor to empowered, independent problem-solving, ensuring the team's combined output far exceeds individual contributions.
