PT APL, a member of a diversified Business Group, is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead and oversee the company's finance, accounting, and taxation functions. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and company profitability.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Manage tax reporting, filing, and compliance activities. Coordinate tax audits and liaise with relevant authorities.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact. Strengthen internal controls and financial procedures. Support internal and external audit activities.
Identify financial risks and implement corrective actions. Lead, coach, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team. Monitor departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Experienced in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
