Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager

Job Summary As the Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will lead the finance, accounting, and taxation functions across all Adibayu Group entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective internal controls, optimized cash flow management, and providing strategic financial insights to support sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of financial statements, including consolidated group financial reports in accordance with PSAK/IFRS. Ensure all accounting processes are accurate and completed on time. Manage corporate tax compliance, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), tax planning, tax audits, and SP2DK.

Develop and improve internal control systems, financial policies, and accounting procedures. Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide strategic financial recommendations. Oversee cash flow and working capital management to maintain healthy corporate liquidity.

Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, banks, consultants, and government institutions regarding audits and compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax. Experience in a holding company, multi-entity organization, manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
