Oversee daily FAT team operations, ensuring all stores and all company meet company and Indonesian regulation.
Tanggung jawab: Financial Reporting and Analysis:; Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements; Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making; Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll; Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and transactions; Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting; Cost Management:; Analyze and manage project and operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement; Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness; Systems Management:; Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software; Ensure the integration of financial systems with other business systems to enhance reporting and efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.; Experienced in FnB Industry.; Preference for candidates with experience with international companies.; Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.; Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.; Excellent leadership and team management skills.; Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.; Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.; Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
