The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of field service activities. This role involves comprehensive project planning, providing technical support, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance. The engineer coordinates closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to meet project schedules and deliverables while maintaining high service quality and compliance with QHSE standards. This position requires a technical expert who can diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system integration issues. The engineer will supervise Field Service Technicians during rig-up, rig-down, and commissioning activities, conduct customer reviews, and provide on-site support in challenging onshore and offshore environments. Continuous improvement and mentoring of the technical team are also key components of this role.

Tanggung jawab: Review project requirements and develop field service execution plans; Supervise and guide Field Service Technicians during rig-up, rig-down, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities; Coordinate with Project Managers, customers, and internal teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met; Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and system integration issues; Ensure proper calibration and equipment performance before deployment; Review and validate test results, service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation; Act as a technical contact for customers during field operations and provide appropriate technical recommendations and solutions; Conduct customer review discussions to assess service quality and obtain feedback; Support compliance with NOV QHSE documentation, company safety standards, customer HSE requirements, and applicable legal and contractual requirements; Mentor and train Field Service Technicians and conduct training for customers and operators when required; Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring technical issues and opportunities to improve systems, service quality, and operational efficiency; Travel to onshore and offshore rig sites as required and provide on-site support in challenging operational environments; Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve technical knowledge.
