Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengkoordinasikan proyek lintas cabang, situs, maupun lokasi operasional secara menyeluruh. Anda akan berperan sebagai narahubung utama bagi PIC cabang, klien, dan tim internal, memantau linimasa serta deliverables proyek, melakukan kunjungan lapangan berkala, serta mengeskalasi dan menyelesaikan tantangan operasional guna memastikan kelancaran eksekusi proyek tepat waktu.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate project implementation and execution across multiple branches, sites, or operational locations; Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, ensure smooth execution, and identify on-site challenges; Act as the key point of contact for branch PICs, clients, and internal teams throughout project implementation; Track project timelines, deliverables, operational updates, and follow-up actions across assigned locations; Identify and escalate project issues or operational challenges, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution; Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders across different locations to ensure project requirements are properly executed; Prepare regular project updates, reports, and documentation covering progress, issues, and follow-up actions.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Management, Operations, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, project implementation, workforce management, or related role; Proven experience coordinating projects or operations across multiple branches, sites, or locations; Comfortable with frequent business travel and regular field visits as part of the role; Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a field-based operational environment.
