Field Joint Coatings FJC Supervisor

Supervisor Responsibilities: Directly supervise, coordinate, and assign work to field technicians and support crew. Provide technical direction, oversight, and performance feedback.

Ensure crew compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and client requirements. Participate in performance evaluations and development of field personnel. Generate timesheet records and daily activity reports (Production/Quality as applicable).

Operational & Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily FJC operations at project sites. Ensure equipment, materials, and manpower are properly mobilized and ready for operations.

Serve as the on-site person responsible for all FJC processes, including: - Equipment setup and function test - Application, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting - On-pipe and off-pipe coating equipment Ensure all field joint coating applications meet: - Client specifications - Company procedures - Material technical data sheets - MSDS requirements Monitor production performance, quality metrics, and project timelines.

Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid delays and non-conformances. Coordinate with project management and other site supervisors to ensure workflow alignment. Equipment & Asset Responsibility:
