Fiberline Pulp Specialists focus on optimizing the production process from raw material to bleached pulp, focusing on efficiency, fiber quality, and environmental impact. Working at PT. OKI Pulp & Paper Mills located in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra, this role plays a vital part in enhancing mill operations, ensuring technological excellence, and maintaining high standards of sustainability. As a Fiberline Pulp Specialist, you will be responsible for process optimization across cooking, brownstock washing, screening, and bleaching to maximize pulp quality and cleanliness. Your duties include sustainability and efficiency management, technical troubleshooting to overcome production bottlenecks, operating key washing and pulp handling equipment, and conducting laboratory and quality analysis using specialized tools to evaluate pulp properties.
Tanggung jawab: Process Optimization: Enhancing fiberline performance, including cooking, brownstock washing, screening, and bleaching to maximize pulp quality and cleanliness; Sustainability & Efficiency: Minimizing water consumption and chemical usage while increasing production availability; Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to overcome production bottlenecks, such as high-energy consumption or low-quality output; Technology Management: Operating and optimizing key equipment, such as Valmet's TwinRoll presses or Andritz's COMPACT PRESS, which are critical in washing and pulp handling; Laboratory & Quality Analysis: Using specialized tools (L&W fiber testers or fiberline analyzers) to analyze pulp properties; Requirements:; Minimum 5 years’ experience in fiberline pulp Industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / Specialist role; Strong understanding of pulp mill processes and production systems; Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Computer literate (MS Office, production reporting systems); Willingness to work shifts and be on standby if required; Bachelor Degree in Chemical is a must; Placement: PT. OKI Pulp & Paper Mills - Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra.
