Deskripsi pekerjaan
F&B Service Staff bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan makanan dan minuman yang ramah, penuh perhatian, serta profesional kepada para tamu hotel atau restoran. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam memastikan setiap pengalaman bersantap tamu berjalan memuaskan dan sesuai dengan standar perhotelan yang berlaku. Tugas utama mencakup pencatatan dan pengiriman pesanan secara cepat dan akurat, menjaga kebersihan serta penataan area makan dan stasiun pelayanan, serta berkolaborasi secara sinergis dengan tim dapur dan departemen lain. Selain itu, staf ini juga bertugas menangani permintaan maupun keluhan tamu dengan sikap positif yang berorientasi pada solusi serta senantiasa mematuhi regulasi kebersihan dan standar layanan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Previous experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage; Good communication skills in English (both oral and written); Friendly, well-groomed, and presentable appearance; Able to work in a team and under pressure; Willing to work according to the company’s schedule and system.
