PT Luxsan Precision Indonesia is seeking an experienced FATP Department Manager to lead and oversee all FATP (Final Assembly, Testing, and Packaging) manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, quality performance, operational excellence, cost control, and team development while supporting the company's business growth and factory expansion initiatives. Lead overall FATP manufacturing operations and production management. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. Build, develop, and strengthen local manufacturing management capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities. Support factory expansion projects and organizational growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing management. Strong leadership and factory operations management experience. Solid understanding of FATP manufacturing processes and operational systems. Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English . Overseas manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
