Posisi Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor memegang peranan krusial dalam menjaga akurasi laporan keuangan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis secara keseluruhan melalui pengelolaan finansial yang andal. Anda akan memimpin dan mengawasi kegiatan harian keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan, menyusun serta menganalisis laporan keuangan berkala sesuai standar PSAK, mengelola arus kas serta piutang dan utang, memastikan kepatuhan pajak, hingga berkoordinasi dalam audit internal maupun eksternal guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities to ensure accurate and timely operations; Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK; Ensure accurate accounting records, timely tax payments and reporting, and compliance with applicable tax regulations; Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, operational expenses, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS); Handle tax compliance, tax reconciliation, and tax audits, including coordination with tax authorities and external tax consultants; Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls; Optimize financial and tax processes using ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Odoo), Coretax, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, and Tableau); Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management on cost control, financial performance, and tax planning; Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably in a supervisory role; Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations; Experienced in preparing financial reports and tax returns; Familiar with AP, AR, cash flow, and bank reconciliation; Familiar with ERP systems, Coretax, and Microsoft Excel; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar); Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills; Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is a plus.
