FAT Specialist Mandarin Speaker

Job Responsibilities 1. Financial Data & Shared Service Support Work closely with the Group Headquarters' Shared Service Center to collect, verify, and submit the Indonesia company's financial data. Ensure all financial information is accurate and submitted on time for centralized processing.

2. Tax Compliance & Risk Management Stay up to date with Indonesian tax regulations (including PPh, PPN/VAT, and local taxes) and BPJS policies. Handle tax filings and annual tax reporting, identify potential tax risks in advance, and assist with tax audits when necessary. 3. Financial Analysis & Business Support

Prepare and improve the company's financial analysis system. Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports covering key indicators such as costs, gross profit, and cash flow to support management's business decisions. 4. Settlement & Cash Management Manage customer and supplier payments and settlements. Improve settlement and reconciliation processes, monitor daily collections and payments, and ensure healthy cash flow and fund security.

5. Expense Reimbursement Manage the employee expense reimbursement process in Indonesia. Prepare and communicate a bilingual (Chinese–Indonesian) Expense Reimbursement Guide to ensure expenses are reasonable and comply with company policies. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting. Experience in an Indonesian logistics company is preferred. 3. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Indonesian. Fluent spoken Chinese is required, and sufficient for communicating with local banks, tax authorities, and suppliers.
