📌 Responsibilities: Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes Monitor and control cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and procedures
Lead and develop the FAT Team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax
- Experience in managing audits and corporate taxation
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management
- Having a professional certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
