TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is seeking a Project Intern to support the Fashion team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder management, focusing on driving merchant growth and improving the fashion ecosystem. Interns will gain professional real-world experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Account Managers and Campaign teams to solve seller issues and generate data-driven insights. The Fashion team is committed to acquiring new sellers, supporting their success, and delivering a compelling customer experience. Interns will participate in impactful short-term projects and develop a deeper understanding of their career interests through on-the-job learning.
Tanggung jawab: Support business analysis by data pulling; Develop and execute strategic initiatives for seller performance and ecosystem efficiency; Collaborate with account managers to execute policy and optimize content growth; Support strategic analyses and ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field; Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and conduct root-cause analysis; Strong research and analytical skills; Strong communication and presentation skills; Must be able to commit to at least 3 months.
