Posisi Cost Analyst ini berfokus pada industri garmen, khususnya pakaian dalam (lingerie). Peran ini menjadi jembatan antara departemen keuangan dan produksi, dengan tanggung jawab utama memastikan akurasi finansial, mengoptimalkan biaya manufaktur, dan menjaga margin keuntungan dari tahap pengembangan produk hingga produksi massal. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim merchandising, sourcing, dan produksi untuk melakukan analisis biaya standar, audit Bill of Materials (BOM), serta analisis varians. Peran ini membutuhkan ketelitian tinggi, kemampuan analisis data keuangan yang kuat, serta kemahiran dalam menggunakan sistem ERP dan Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate standard costing models for manufacturing, including detailed breakdowns of direct materials, labor, overhead, and logistics; Perform pre-costing and post-production variance analysis (actual vs. standard costs) to identify cost drivers and margin leakages; Review and audit Bills of Materials (BOM) and usage sheets to ensure material utilization efficiency; Maintain robust costing databases and generate regular reports on cost trends, margin performance, and financial risks for management decision-making.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; Experience in the garment/apparel industry—specifically lingerie or intimate wear—is a strong advantage, but general manufacturing costing experience is welcome; Exceptional analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong proficiency in financial data reconciliation; Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience with ERP systems; Good verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with international or cross-functional teams.
