The Factory Plant Head is responsible for the overall management and operational oversight of a wood manufacturing facility. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating daily activities across multiple departments to ensure production efficiency and operational excellence. Key areas of responsibility include managing Production, Planning, Production Inventory Control (PPIC), Quality Assurance (QA), and General Affairs. The position requires a leader capable of streamlining manufacturing processes and maintaining high standards of operational performance within the plant.
