Overseeing the overall operations of a manufacturing facility
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization; Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed; Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, purchasing, engineering) to ensure smooth production flow; Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics; Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines; Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability; Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity; Manage and motivate a team of manufacturing personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and operators; Recruit, hire, and train new employees; Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment; Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities; Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly; Requirements :; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role; Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies; Proven track record of successful operations management; Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies; Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
