About the role We are seeking a Facility Staff (HQ - BSD City) to join the facility management team at PT. AEON MALL INDONESIA . This is a full-time position based at our Headquarters in BSD City. The role is responsible for supporting facility operations across all AEON MALL locations in Indonesia through data collection, reporting, documentation, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Monitor and collect operational data relating to fire prevention activities, environmental compliance and mall cleanliness/hygiene programs. Prepare and maintain reports related to fire prevention activities, environmental monitoring, the cleanliness/hygiene programs, and other compliance-related activities (fire drills, tenant inspections, tenant meetings, SWAPANTAU RKL-RPL, pest control and waste management). Maintain and organize documentation related to facility operations, fire prevention, environmental compliance and mall cleanliness/hygiene programs. Collect, compile, monitor and maintain utility consumption records, including electricity, water, gas, and other utility usage data regularly. Perform other facility-related duties assigned by the Facility Management HQ. What we're looking
