About the role PT Denso Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Facility Staff to join our team in Cikarang Barat, West Java. As a Facility Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. What you'll be doing Lead & execute energy saving activity & safety construction

Ensuring the facility equipment and infrastructure are well-maintained and in proper working condition Monitoring and reporting on the facility's energy usage and resource consumption Contributing to the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations What we're looking for Minimum education is bachelor's degree (S1) Technic Electro/ Electrical Engineering

Skilled in PLC & Electrical Must Certified Ahli K3 Umum & Teknisi K3 Listrik At least 3 years of experience in a facility management or maintenance role

Strong technical skills and a good understanding of facility systems and equipment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve facility-related problems Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
