Responsibilities Assist in the operational maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in stores. Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities. Conduct inspections of equipment and buildings to ensure compliance with K3 safety standards. Respond to facility-related issues or emergency maintenance calls and perform corrective actions as needed. Maintain records and assist in administrative tasks related to facility maintenance. Assist in energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Requirement Minimum SMK or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 years experience in MEP role, but Fresh graduates are welcome. Have Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, diagrams, and blueprints. Familiarity with K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs. Good communication and teamwork skills.
