Facilities Manager

About the role we are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals Lead, manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement

Oversee the planning, design and execution of engineering projects from conception through completion Ensure compliance with all relevant technical standards, safety regulations and industry best practices Manage engineering budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for engineering staff Liaise with senior management on engineering matters and provide strategic recommendations Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation of all engineering activities
