The External Relation & Comdev Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the company's reputation and foster strong stakeholder engagement. This role involves managing daily communications with local communities, government officials, and other external parties to ensure a positive corporate image. Key duties include supervising community development projects, managing press releases and corporate communications, and monitoring media coverage to identify potential issues. The supervisor also conducts stakeholder consultations, coordinates CSR initiatives, and ensures that all activities comply with community engagement policies while supporting senior management in crisis communication.
