Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, textile engineering, or related field. Fluent in English ; additional language is a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fabric manufacturing, preferably in woven, knitted, or polyester fabrics, with exposure to export markets. Proven track record managing key accounts with revenue around ± USD 600K/month . Experience in handling international clients (Europe, Asia, Australia) is highly preferred.
Target-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the fabric industry, focusing on woven, knitted, and polyester fabrics for export markets.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client visits, proposal preparation, and follow-up activities. Achieve sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth across assigned territories. Maintain customer relationships through active engagement, ensuring high standards of service and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate internally with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
