About the role We are seeking an experienced Export Operation professional to join PT Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia in a full-time capacity. Based in Cakung, Jakarta, this role is fundamental to our customs and import/export operations. As an Export Operation specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and maintaining seamless logistics operations. This position plays a vital strategic role in supporting our global supply chain and contributing to the success of our international trade operations. Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment processing Prepare and verify export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and country-specific export rules Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to facilitate smooth export procedures Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers Resolve export-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of export transactions and maintain organised documentation systems Stay informed of changes in export regulations and implement necessary procedural updates Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of goods Support customs inspections and audits as required What we're looking
