Tanggung jawab: Manage and coordinate the company's import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics; Memahami proses pembelian, pembuatan Purchase Order (PO) , serta administrasi pengadaan; Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders (Forwarder, PPJK, Customs, BPOM, Government, and any related institution) to facilitate seamless import and export processes; Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing international trade; Monitor and analyze import and export data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies; Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Requirement :; A Bachelor Degree S1 from any major related to this position; Strong knowledge of customs clearance and export-import (EXIM) FOOD regulations; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with good presentation skills; Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use relevant software and technology; Placement: Karawaci, Tangerang.
