Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Export Import, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing company
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations, INSW, HS Code classification, Bonded Zone, and import/export licensing
• Experienced in handling customs documentation and international shipping
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
• Korean language proficiency will be an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and manage export and import strategies in compliance with Indonesian customs regulations
• Handle import and export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping processes
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and licensing requirements
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Manage duty, tax, and customs-related matters efficiently
• Manage import permits and ensure all required licenses remain valid
• Resolve customs-related issues and maintain good relationships with government authorities
• Support production planning by ensuring timely availability of imported materials
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce import/export costs
• Lead and develop the Export Import team
• Coordinate with HQ in South Korea regarding import/export planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Work closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow
• Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, customs activities, logistics costs, and regulatory compliance
