EXIM Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience in Export-Import operations, or a minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory EXIM position or an equivalent role.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end export-import operations, customs procedures, customs regulations, and related documentation requirements. Skilled in negotiation, logistics cost analysis, and leading a team. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and Letters of Credit (L/C) is a plus.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the full scope of export-import operations, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and in line with relevant regulations
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers (PPJK), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to keep export-import operations running smoothly
- Track customs clearance progress, ETA/ETD, and delivery timelines to ensure shipments arrive on schedule
- Manage international logistics expenses, assess the performance of logistics vendors and freight forwarders, and take steps to reduce the risk of shipment delays
- Compile and submit reports on export-import activities to management
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation for the EXIM team
