Nimo Resort Ciater, we are hiring! 1. Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) Requirements: - Min. Additional hotel management/leadership certification is a plus - At least 5 years in hospitality with 1-2 years managerial experience, preferably as Department Head (FO, Rooms, F&B, or Operations) - Strong leadership, operational knowledge (FO, HK, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing), and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) - Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving ability - Fluent in English (spoken & written), familiar with PMS, POS, Microsoft Office - Proactive, disciplined, empathetic, high integrity, and able to work under pressure - Willing to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays) - Willing to be assigned at hotel/resort locations as required by management
