Event Production Staff (Japanese Speaking)

Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, or other relevant fields. JLPT N3 or above with strong verbal and written Japanese communication skills.

Passionate about Japanese entertainment, events, and pop culture. Experience in event management, event production, exhibition, concert, festival, or entertainment industry will be an advantage. Able to operate Microsoft Office application including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing situations.

Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and travel outside Jakarta when required for events.

Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required during event preparation and event days. Overtime compensation will be provided in accordance with company policy. Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred.
