Event & Operations Assistant

Fresh graduates or young professionals are welcome to apply. We are a leading lightbox display and event solutions provider, specializing in easy-to-build lightbox systems, interactive event services (such as laser engraving activities, photo booths), and customized corporate gifts. Key Responsibilities

Event On-site Setup : Assist with transporting and setting up lightbox booths and event equipment (photo booths, laser engraving machines) on event/exhibition sites. Warehouse & Inventory Management : Organize, inspect, and maintain stocks of lightbox frames, exhibition displays, and gift items when there are no active event projects. Showroom Customer Reception : Welcome and assist visiting clients, present lightbox solutions and product samples, and support basic daily administrative tasks.

Requirements Hands-on attitude, responsible, and physically capable of handling event setup and equipment transport. Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

Previous experience in event setup, exhibition operations, warehouse management, or advertising is a plus (fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome). Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings depending on event project schedules. What We Offer
