About the role Legends Bistro Bar & Sports is seeking an experienced Event Activation Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our vibrant establishment, where you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly planned and executed events and activations. You will be at the heart of our marketing and communications strategy, transforming our venue into the destination for entertainment and engagement in Bali. Key responsibilities Plan, develop and execute a diverse range of events and activations that align with Legends Bistro Bar & Sports' brand identity and marketing objectives Coordinate all aspects of event management, including venue setup, vendor liaisons, technical requirements, and on-site logistics

Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring all activities deliver excellent return on investment Liaise with internal teams, including hospitality and operations, to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction Create compelling promotional materials and marketing campaigns to drive awareness and attendance for scheduled events and activations

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including entertainment providers, sponsors, and media outlets Monitor event performance through data collection and guest feedback, providing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement Develop innovative activation concepts that enhance brand visibility and encourage guest engagement across all platforms

Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements for all events Support the creation of memorable experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and establish Legends Bistro Bar & Sports as the premier events venue in Bali What we're looking
