Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience as an Estimator within the furniture manufacturing, interior, or related industry
• Minimum 5 years of managerial or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, including solid wood, plywood/multiplex, laminates, finishing, hardware, accessories, and other related materials
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction/furniture details
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or SketchUp, as well as relevant estimating or costing systems
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness with a target-driven and cost-conscious mindset
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

• Lead the estimation function and support the commercial success of major projects
• Oversee the estimating team
• Drive cost accuracy and competitiveness
• Work closely with Design, Production, Project Management, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that project costs are thoroughly assessed and aligned with actual execution
