We are seeking an Epicor Technical Support specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers a strategic opportunity to provide essential technical expertise and support to our Epicor ERP system users across the organisation. Based remotely, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and enabling our teams to maximise the value of our Epicor investment. This position bridges the gap between our technical infrastructure and business operations, making it vital to our overall digital transformation objectives.
Tanggung jawab: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor ERP system users, addressing issues promptly and professionally; Diagnose and resolve system-related problems, including configuration issues, data integrity concerns and performance challenges; Assist users with system navigation, best practices and optimal utilisation of Epicor functionality; Maintain detailed records of support tickets and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge.
