ME membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan, untuk bergabung sebagai pengajar. Posisi ini dirancang bagi mereka yang ingin memperluas jaringan profesional melalui pengalaman mengajar di lingkungan pendidikan yang dinamis. Pengajar akan bertanggung jawab untuk menyampaikan materi bahasa Inggris kepada berbagai kelompok usia, mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa, termasuk program Business English. Selain mengajar, peran ini mencakup pengembangan materi pendukung, evaluasi kemajuan siswa, serta memberikan bimbingan berkelanjutan kepada siswa dan orang tua untuk memastikan hasil belajar yang optimal.
Tanggung jawab: For Half time position, work offline 6 days in a week from Monday to Friday (17.00-21.10) and Saturday (14.00-18.00); For Part Time position, work offline based on available schedules; Teach General English for Adults, Business English, English for Teenagers and English for Kids; Develop teaching materials when necessary (textbooks are provided, but some supplementary materials are utilized from time to time); Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents; Pre-testing new student and assist the sales team when customer need information the right program for their needs; Ensure that the classroom stays orderly; Encourage and motivate students to study English.
