Tanggung Jawab

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure, including Mechanical, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and other equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and guests, addressing issues and concerns efficiently
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment and systems
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations
• Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus
• Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general facilities
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively
• Ability to work in a team or individual, outgoing, pleasant personality and mature
