The Engineering Manager supervises a team of engineers to ensure the Mills workforce and work performance.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and lead the engineering department on Mills; Provide technical guidance and review designs, processes, and solutions; Preparing the annual budget and reporting performance; Prepare and deliver periodic engineering performance reports; Ensure all engineering activity complies with safety regulations; Qualifications:; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 10 years of engineering experience; background in a sugarcane mill is a plus; Ability to operate a computer and basic software (MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD); Good communication skills in English (spoken and written); Strong leadership and people management skills; Experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage.
