About the role Mill Inventory and Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all inventory management and logistics operations at our mill facility. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all inventory control systems and procedures at the mill facility Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products Optimise warehouse space utilisation and implement efficient storage solutions Develop and implement logistics strategies to minimise costs whilst maintaining service quality Supervise and train warehouse and logistics personnel to maintain high operational standards Prepare and analyse inventory and logistics reports for management review Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within warehouse and logistics operations Requirements Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field Proven experience of 10+ years in inventory management and logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or mill environments Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics software Demonstrable experience in supply chain optimisation and cost reduction initiatives
