Engineering Manager

Grün is a boutique hospitality brand with destinations in Uluwatu, Canggu, and Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. We focus on creating sophisticated destinations in nature, delivering memorable guest experiences while enhancing and respecting the natural environment. The Engineering Manager (for Uluwatu) is responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations across the property, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely at Grun Uluwatu . This role plays a key part in maintaining the overall guest experience by ensuring a well-maintained environment and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Well-presented with a professional working attitude Strong leadership and team management skills Solid knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and engineering operations

Experience in hotel or hospitality engineering management is preferred Ability to plan, organize, and execute preventive maintenance programs Good problem-solving and communication skills

Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to join immediately is preferred Bali-based or willing to relocate to Uluwatu
