UMI Resort is a Luxury Resort located in Uluwatu, Bali, featuring a nature-inspired design, luxury suites, and three-tiered pools just 200 meters from Uluwatu and Sultan beaches. As the Reservation Manager, you will lead reservations operations and deliver exceptional customer service to international guests via WhatsApp, email, and telephone. This role requires managing multiple inquiries rapidly with complete accuracy, overseeing property management systems (PMS), online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, payments, modifications, upselling, and pre-arrival communications to ensure seamless guest experiences from the very first interaction.
Kualifikasi: Minimum three year’s experience as a Reservation Manager or senior reservations leader in a genuine five star hotel or resort; Fluent written dan spoken English; Exceptional customer service through WhatsApp, email, and telephone; Strong experience managing international guests; Excellent knowledge of PMS, OTAs, direct bookings, payments, booking amendments, upselling and pre arrival communication; Highly organized, accurate, and capable of managing multiple enquiries within seconds and provide complete responses as quickly as possible; Available for an immediate start.
