Position: Engineering Maintenance Supervisor Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang. Job Requirements
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and lead the electrical technician team in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities; Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution; Review technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and electrical specifications before work begins; Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable electrical standards, safety regulations (OHS), and company procedures; Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance to the electrical technician team; Coordinate with Project, Procurement, HSE, and other related departments to support electrical operations; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress, technical issues, and material requirements; Estimate material requirements and submit procurement requests as needed; Resolve complex technical issues beyond the technicians' scope of responsibility; Ensure the availability and proper condition of tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); Why Join Eka Jaya Group? - Supervise and lead the electrical technician team in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities
