Posisi Engineering (Civil) ini berperan dalam mendukung teknisi senior untuk melakukan instalasi, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan sistem pendingin udara (AC) serta fasilitas bangunan. Peran ini sangat ideal bagi kandidat yang memiliki pengetahuan teknis dasar dan keinginan kuat untuk belajar melalui pengalaman praktis di lapangan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif pada struktur bangunan dan fasilitas sipil. Anda akan melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap dinding, lantai, plafon, pintu, dan komponen fasilitas lainnya, serta membantu perbaikan kecil untuk memastikan fasilitas tetap dalam kondisi prima. Selain itu, Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim engineering untuk melaporkan potensi bahaya atau kerusakan fasilitas, serta memastikan area kerja tetap bersih dan aman sesuai prosedur keselamatan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building structures and civil facilities; Identify structural/facility defects and recommend appropriate repair solutions; Support other Engineering activities as required; Conduct routine inspections of building structures, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and other facility components; Assist with minor repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities remain in good condition; Report maintenance issues, potential hazards, and repair requirements to the Engineering Supervisor; Assist in maintaining tools, equipment, and materials used for civil maintenance activities; Coordinate with other Engineering team members to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently; Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area; Record completed maintenance tasks and report any outstanding issues for further follow-up.
Kualifikasi: Experience in civil/building maintenance, preferably in hospitality environment; Knowledge of basic civil works, including carpentry, painting, waterproofing and plumbing; Responsible and able to work independently and as a part of team; Basic understanding of building maintenance procedures and the proper use of maintenance tools and equipment; Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and report facility defects; Willingness to learn new technical skills and follow instructions from senior technicians or supervisors; Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments when required; Able to manage assigned tasks, prioritize work, and complete maintenance activities in a timely manner; Able to perform hands-on maintenance tasks when required; Willing to follow workplace safety standards and company policies.
