Paralian Uluwatu adalah pengembang real estate yang berbasis di Bali. Perusahaan ini mencari Junior Architect untuk mendukung Lead Architect dalam operasional desain harian dan penyelesaian proyek. Anda akan terlibat dalam penyiapan materi presentasi, koordinasi dengan tim serta klien, dan membantu pembuatan draf gambar teknis. Posisi ini menawarkan kesempatan belajar langsung dari arsitek senior. Anda akan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis, berinteraksi dengan klien internasional, serta dituntut untuk mengikuti tren desain terkini, material, dan pemanfaatan alat AI dalam alur kerja arsitektur dan dokumentasi desain.
Tanggung jawab: Assist in developing design concepts based on project requirements and client needs; Create and develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations; Assist in preparing mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and design concepts; Coordinate with the senior designer, project team, and related departments to ensure designs meet project requirements; Conduct site measurements and assist with site surveys when required; Assist in preparing material specifications, quotations, and other project-related documentation; Contact suppliers and vendors to source materials, request samples and quotations, and compare prices for the Lead Architect's review; Make design revisions based on feedback from clients or senior designers; Ensure drawings and design documents are accurate and aligned with project specifications; Keep up with current design trends, materials, finishes, and design solutions; Use AI tools confidently in daily work (concepts, visualization, documentation) and keep up with new AI trends in architecture and design.
Kualifikasi: Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited program of a notable University; 0–3 years of experience in an architecture practice, including internships; Working knowledge of drawing conventions, building systems and construction basics; A portfolio showing design ability and technical drawing skill; Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort taking feedback. You will be working with international Clients on day to day basis; Ability to manage several deadlines with attention to detail; Experience on Residential & Commercial projects; Hand sketching and physical model-making ability; Working proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia if relevant to clients.
