Perusahaan hiburan malam prestisius ini sedang mencari seorang engineer yang berdedikasi dan serbabisa untuk bergabung dalam tim. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan seluruh operasional fasilitas berjalan secara mulus, efisien, dan optimal di tengah industri hiburan yang dinamis. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi kepemimpinan tim shift, penerapan keahlian teknis pada sistem HVAC, lift, serta kelistrikan komersial, pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting), pemeliharaan preventif, dan identifikasi masalah teknis secara proaktif guna meminimalkan waktu henti (downtime).
Tanggung jawab: Shift Team Leadership to join 2 other leaders; Technical Expertise: Must have a strong understanding of HVAC systems (outdoor and indoor units), elevator maintenance and repairs, and commercial electrical systems; Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Help current leaders proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of equipment; Preventive Maintenance: Assist in implementing regular maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry; Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; Flexibility to work on various shifts, including nights and weekends; Strong technical skills in HVAC, elevators, and commercial electrical systems; Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; Ability to read technical drawings; Preferably be able to speak basic English; If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
