Posisi Emergency Response Team Supervisor (Industrial Estate) berperan penting dalam mengelola dan mengawasi kesiapsiagaan darurat di kawasan industri. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin penanganan situasi darurat, melakukan koordinasi lintas departemen, serta memastikan seluruh fasilitas dan perlengkapan penyelamatan selalu dalam kondisi siap pakai untuk meminimalisir risiko dan menjaga keselamatan operasional secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct regular emergency drills, simulations, and training to improve team competency and emergency preparedness; Ensure all emergency response equipment, fire protection systems, rescue equipment, PPE, and emergency facilities are available and properly maintained; Coordinate with HSE, Security, Operations, Maintenance, and other departments during emergency situations; Coordinate with external emergency agencies such as local fire departments, hospitals, police, and other relevant authorities when required; Conduct incident response evaluation and prepare emergency/incident reports, including root-cause and corrective action follow-up where applicable.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Emergency Management, Fire Safety, Engineering, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Emergency Response, Fire & Rescue, HSE, or similar roles, preferably in industrial, mining, smelter, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial areas; Strong knowledge of Emergency Response Management, Fire Fighting, Rescue, First Aid, and Incident Management; Experience in conducting emergency drills, simulations, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness programs; Willing to be based in Konawe; Preferred Certifications.
