Emergency Response Team (ERT) Officer bertanggung jawab dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan rencana tanggap darurat (Emergency Response Plan) untuk berbagai skenario insiden. Peran ini mencakup kepemimpinan dalam koordinasi tim saat terjadi keadaan darurat, pelaksanaan simulasi (drills), serta pemeliharaan peralatan keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan dalam identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, investigasi insiden, serta memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) dan standar prosedur yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in various emergency scenarios; Lead and coordinate emergency response activities during incidents; Conduct emergency drills and ensure ERT readiness; Oversee inspection and maintenance of emergency response equipment; Conduct hazard identification, safety inspections, and risk assessments; Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions; Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures; Liaise with management and relevant authorities on emergency preparedness.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent; At least 4 years of work experience as an ERT Officer; Preference is given to those who already hold Basarnas Intermediate, First Aid Response 3, and Fire Fighting Class D certificates; Familiar with the overall managerial activities related to the emergency response process; Experience conducting internal training, emergency drills, or safety awareness programs.
