Perusahaan manufaktur kertas yang beroperasi dengan mesin produksi skala besar. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga keandalan sistem kelistrikan pada mesin kertas, termasuk motor, drives, PLC, dan sistem instrumentasi. Teknisi akan melakukan pemeliharaan preventif, perbaikan kerusakan (troubleshooting), serta mendukung peningkatan performa mesin untuk meminimalkan waktu henti produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems of paper machine equipment; Analyze and resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime; Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability; Monitor and optimize the performance of electrical equipment and automation systems; Support machine upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects; Coordinate with production, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth machine operation; Review and update electrical drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures; Ensure compliance with company safety standards, electrical regulations, and industry best practices; Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues; Manage spare parts requirements and support maintenance budgeting activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the paper manufacturing industry, preferably in the Paper Machine area; Strong knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, MCCs, power distribution, and industrial automation; Familiarity with DCS systems and industrial instrumentation is an advantage; Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues effectively.
