PT The Univenus membuka kesempatan berkarier bagi profesional handal untuk mengisi posisi Electrical Maintenance Supervisor yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi seluruh kegiatan pemeliharaan kelistrikan guna mendukung operasional mesin produksi dan utilitas pabrik secara optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise all electrical maintenance activities for production machines and plant utilities; Ensure optimal machine reliability and uptime; Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team in daily operations; Plan, schedule, and evaluate preventive and predictive maintenance; Qualifications.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role; Strong knowledge of PLC systems, Electrical panels and wiring systems and Industrial automation systems (preferred); Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Good leadership and team management abilities; Candidates must be willing to work in PT The Univenus, Serang Banten.
