Electrical Engineer

We are urgently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (Indonesian National) to support project execution related to transmission lines and substations in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems and have hands-on experience in transmission line and substation construction, commissioning, grid connection, and operation management. Candidates with prior experience coordinating, connecting, and obtaining acceptance approvals with PLN (grid-side substations) will be highly preferred.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electrical Power Engineering, or other related disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering/project management tools.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Language : ENGLISH is a MUST, Ability to understand or communicate in Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage. Solid understanding of power systems and electrical engineering principles.

Familiar with transmission line and substation construction, commissioning, and operation management. Proficient in Indonesian PLN technical standards (SPLN), Grid Code requirements, and grid connection/acceptance procedures. Familiar with primary substation equipment and secondary protection systems.

Able to read and interpret complex electrical secondary drawings. Able to independently prepare technical reports and lead technical meetings with PLN.
