An outsourcing company is seeking an EHS Promoter Staff to be placed at a facility in Kawasan Industri Bayur, Tangerang. This role is focused on implementing and coordinating Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. In this position, you will manage daily EHS activities, conduct risk assessments, and support various audits such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will also be responsible for environmental documentation, hazardous waste management, and developing training programs to increase employee awareness regarding safety and environmental protection.
Tanggung jawab: Implement and coordinate company EHS requirements and activities; Manage daily EHS activities, compliance, and continuous improvement; Identify environmental aspects and workplace hazards; Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CSR, SMETA, and other audits; Manage environmental compliance and documentation (RKL-RPL, AMDAL, PROPER); Develop and conduct EHS training; Conduct and monitor EHS measurements and analyze results; Manage hazardous/non-hazardous waste; Coordinate EHS projects from headquarters.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in manufacturing; Hold an active General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) license issued by the Indonesian government; Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and compliance; Understanding of EHS management systems and audit processes; Ability to conduct risk management; Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
